Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
There are many GPU models out there, and we may have missed one. If your GPU is an NVIDIA model, is CUDA-compatible, and has 6GB or more of VRAM, it likely qualifies. Please contact us for clarification!
Not at this time. The specific software tools used by investigators require NVIDIA’s CUDA technology. We may expand to other brands in the future.
If you’re unsure, you can send it in anyway. Our team will perform a full diagnostic test.
(Quick tip: If you know a teenager who plays video games, they can often tell if a GPU works by testing it with their favorite game.)
We will contact you to let you know if your GPU is non-functional and cannot be repaired. We will securely recycle the broken GPU after receiving your permission or automatically after 90 days if we do not hear back from you.
Please reach out to us. If our program funds allow, we may be able to provide a shipping label or cover the costs.
